Computer-aided design (CAD) is the use of computer systems to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design. 2D & 3D CAD data can be directly incorporated into modern manufacturing process (3D printing) to expedite time to market and ensure the fidelity of a parts form and accuracy. It also allows for easy revisions and legacy models should the design data need to be accurately replicated in the future.

Virtual Reality

This totally immersive technology allows the user to simulate an environment. Interactivity with assets found within the scene is a big benefit of this technology. It gives the user an incredible sense of scale and engagement as you are free to explore and interact with the virtual scene freely.


Prototyping allows you to fail faster to find the correct solution. Prototypes allow you to create a fully functional representation of your part or product. These can be in the form of functional or aesthetic models depending on the desired purpose of the prototype. They can be made from a number of different manufacturing processes but are typically intended to replicate the results of the final manufacturing method without the need for expensive tooling.

3D Scanning

This technology allows the accurate digital capturing of existing geometry. It allows us to copy data on an objects shape and appearance then replicate or manipulate the CAD data. This technology is perfect when you have complex forms, legacy items or a part that you do not have digital files for.


Communicating an idea or concept in a way that leaves little to interpretation is an essential part of the process. Visuals are a great way to clearly present information or to get an accurate idea of aesthetics or layout of a design. Great visuals create impact in presentations and convey an excellent sense of quality that will be found in the finished product.

Augmented Reality

This technology allows us to create a composite view between our actual surroundings and computer generated imagery. By overlaying this computer generated imagery we are able to derive an unparalleled sense of scale and context. In the future computer generated imagery will be seamlessly integrated into our everyday lives to give us clear information or a 3D solution to a currently 2D world.

3D Printing

This process primarily concerned with making a physical object from a 3D CAD file. It builds the geometry by printing successive layers until the part is completed. One of the huge benefits of this technology is it allows for iterative processes to be conducted very quickly in comparison with traditional manufacturing process. Our 3D printers are based in Guildford but we can post worldwide.
